Clarmon Corporation Ltd is applying approved Quality Procedures to its business processes in the pursuit of excellence in its products and services.
Clarmon's quality objective is to meet or exceed its customers' agreed requirements in all aspects.
Ownership of Quality is company-wide, and the management team fully supports all employees in the pursuit of this objective.
The following summaries Clarmon’ quality objectives and policies:
- The definition of Quality used by Clarmon is that of conformance to the requirements of a customer, whether internal or external.
- Our objective is to meet and try to exceed our customers' requirements in all areas, such as software functionality and performance.
- Clarmon’s overall approach to Quality is to design it into processes by prevention rather than cure. This is achieved wherever possible by preventive techniques, including comprehensive training, internal audits, the provision of mapped, fully documented and well designed processes and, where appropriate, statistical measurements.
- Any employee has the full support of the management in raising suggestions and concerns, to ensure Clarmon delivers the required level of quality.
