Job Name: Senior Java Developer

 

Qualification Requirements:

 

• minimum 5 years in JAVA;
• minimum 3 years in J2EE;
• very good knowledge of J2EE technologies (EJB, JSF, JMS, JMX, XML, XSL, WS);
• good understanding of RDBMS and SQL programming;
• very good knowledge of multithreading programming techniques;
• very good knowledge of multitier architectures;
• good knowledge of at least one testing tool;
• good knowledge of at least one building tool;
• UML, Design patterns.

 

Personal Requirements:

 

• ability to standardize, simplify, and encode regular development into solutions;
• ability to respect and focus on priorities and deadlines;
• ability to manage multiple priorities is also expected;
• ability to fill up knowledge gaps by yourself;
• good interpersonal and communication skills;
• self-driven and self-motivated.

 

Optional but a plus good knowledge of at least one workflow engine:

 

• good knowledge of JAVAEE-5 (EJB-3.0, JSF-1.2, JPA-1.0);
• good knowledge of Eclipse IDE;
• good knowledge of HTML, JS, CSS, AJAX;
• experienced with SunONE, BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere, JBoss etc;
• experienced with UN*X;
• good knowledge of C/C++.

You will be involved in all aspects of the software development process, including: participation in design discussions, development,testing, bugs fixing, performance tuning. Your position will require an extensive collaboration with other teams within the company.
